MINGALARBAR
Hello, my name’s Win. Greetings from Myanmar.
Under the expert guidance of Venerable Sayadaw U Revata at Pa-Auk Tawya Monastery, I gained knowledge and experience in samatha (concentration) and vipassanā (insight-based) meditation. For over two years, I wholeheartedly dedicated myself to diligent meditation practice and training in the Theravada tradition, following the invaluable guidance of the Venerable Pa-Auk Sayadaw and my main teacher, Venerable U Revata. Meditation guidelines given at Pa-Auk Monasteries are rooted in the classic Theravada tradition, based on the teachings laid out by the Buddha in the Pali Canon, Abhidhamma, Patisambhidamagga, Visuddhimagga and commentaries. Drawing from these authoritative sources, I offer a systematic approach to Theravada Buddhist meditation in a step-by-step manner from observing sīla (morality) to the development of samādhi (concentration) and wisdom (paññā) for the realisation of the Four Noble Truths.
I have been given an invaluable chance to be trained under the guidance of exceptional teachers in depth and an abundance of support that exceeded my expectations. Having given such privilege of training under exceptional teachers, I consider it the most significant blessing of my life to have immersed myself in meditation in such manner. This experience has fuelled my enthusiasm to share the invaluable meditation methods with those who are seeking the noble truths that the Buddha has expounded.
Following the genuine and timeless instructions laid out by the Buddha himself, I've come to realise that the Dhamma is profound and priceless, as well as the inconceivably timeless and invaluable wisdom of the Buddha. Realising the Noble Eightfold Path as the only way to liberation from suffering, I'm eager to support anyone with a strong desire to follow this path.
If you are someone with a strong desire to follow the Noble Eightfold Path, let’s get to know each other online and see how I can best support you.
